As a Senior (2014-15)Dowe continued to improve as a cross country runner, frequently topping her course time from the previous season by impressive amounts. She closed out the Big Red top seven at the dual-meet with Army and closed out the scoring at the Wisconsin Adidas Invitational. She also ran at the Harry Anderson Invitational, Lehigh's Paul Short Run, Ivy League Heptagonals and the NCAA Northeast Regional.
On the track, Dowe capped off a successful career in the 3K Steeplechase with a trip to NCAA Regionals. Her time in that event at ECAC outdoor championships was No. 6 all-time in program history.
As a Junior (2013-14)Dowe had a full schedule of races this season, competing in seven out of eight, having only missed the Anderson Invitational. Her 5K finishes include 8th at the season-opening meet against Army, 47th at the Boston College Invitational and 1st at the Reif Memorial Run with a time of 17:40.6. She also competed at four 6Ks this season, including the Paul Short Invitational, the Princeton Championships, the Ivy League/Heptagonal Championships and concluded the season at the NCAA Championships, placing 223rd with a time of 22:20.6.
Following a successful junior cross country season, Dowe continued her breakout on the track. She continued to focus on the middle and distance races in her third year, participating in the 1000, 3000, and mile during the indoor season. She marked a career best 3000 time of 10:14.10 in a 5
th place finish at the Cornell Upstate Challenge. The following week she cruised to a career best mile time of 5:01.05 in a 2
nd place finish at the Robert J. Kane Invitational. She continued her season of career bests at the Deneault Memorial, posting a 2:56.76 in a 1
st place finish in the 1000. She had trouble at the Indoor Heps, but rallied to score a 14
th place finish in the mile at the ECAC’s, while also helping the distance medley relay team to a 3
rd place finish at the event. Outdoors, Dowe focused her efforts on the 1500 and 3000 steeplechase, again marking new career bests in both. Her best 1500 time came at the Cornell Outdoor Invitational, marking a 4:40.23 to finish 6
th. She saved her best 3000 steeplechase for last, as she shattered her previous career best with a 10:33.37 to finish 6
th at the ECAC’s.
As a Sophomore (2012-13)Dowe took part in the Big Red's season opening Army-Binghamton tri-meet, placing 22nd took keep points away from Army and Binghamton. She then placed 13th overall at the Yellowjacket Invitational the following weekend, and she had a stellar ninth-place finish at the Paul Short Open Run later in September. She also ran for the Big Red at the Princeton Invitational, taking 59th, and the John Reif Run, taking 10th.
On the track, Dowe set a new personal best at the Outdoor ECACs in the 3K steeplechase, running 10:51.38 for 18th place. She also set a new personal best during the season in the 1,500 at the Binghamton-Buffalo tri-meet.
As a Freshman (2011-12)Dowe ran in four races during the 2011 cross country season, taking 16th place at the Army-Binghamton tri-meet, her first Cornell race. She followed that with 26th place at the Colgate Invitational, 50th at the Paul Short Invitational open race and a 15th-place showing at the Yellowjacket Invitational.
Before CornellDowe was the New Hampshire Division II state champion in the indoor 3K and placed sixth at the New Hampshire Meet of Champions in cross country.
