As a Senior (2013-14)
Schilkowsky participated exclusively on outdoor track in his senior season. He kicked off his final season with a 9th place finish in the 1500 at the UCR Spring Break Invitational. He marked his season best 1500 time of 3:53.36 in his next event at the Bison Outdoor Classic. He concluded his collegiate career at the Cornell Outdoor Invitational, posting a 5th place finish in the 1500, while marking a season best 800 time of 1:59.93 in a 13th place finish.

As a Junior (2012-13)
Schilkowsky had a strong junior season, competing for the Big Red in every important meet and scoring points most. He was the Big Red's fifth runner (and 80th overall) at the NCAA Northeast Regionals, and he was also the team's fifth finisher at the Heptagonal Championships (and 28th overall). Schilkowsky began the year with a 14th-place finish at the Army-Binghamton tri-meet, then came in eighth overall at the Yellowjacket Invitational. He also had a 322nd-place race at the Paul Short Run and was ninth overall and the top Cornell runner at the Princeton Invitational. At the conclusion of the season, Schilkowsky was given the team's 5th Runner Award and was named a captain for the 2013 season.

On the track, Schilkowsky was the first leg of Cornell's seventh-place DMR at the Indoor Heps. He also ran in the 3K at t he Indoor Heps, placing 24th. He had a new personal best of 4:02.91 in the mile during the season at the Terrier Invite at Boston University.

As a Sophomore (2011-12)
Schilkowsky ran one cross country race his sophomore year, taking 61st place at the Heptagonal Championships. On the track, Schilkowsky scored points for Cornell at the Indoor Heps, taking fifth place and two points in the mile run with a time of 4:23.30. He was also part of Cornell's sixth-place distance medley relay team. At the Indoor IC4As, Schilkowsky took a championship in the 4x800, running the third leg as Cornell picked up 10 points. He is now also part of the indoor 4x800 team that holds the school record at 7:24.08. His indoor mile time of 4:03.93 is now the fourth-best time in program history.

As a Freshman (2010-11)
After beginning the season in fine form by running the fourth-best 1000 time at the Penn State Northeast Challenge, Schilkowsky suffered a disappointing finish to the indoor season by being the first person out of the finals in the Heps 1000m. The troubles continued the next week at the indoor IC4A championships when, while leading the 4x800 final, the baton was knocked out of his hand and the Cornell team dropped from a potential winner of the race to a disappointing DNF. He came back outdoors by being a consistent runner for the Cornell mid-distance squad and ran a solid leg for the Cornell team that finished 10th in the Penn Relays Championship of America 4x800m. Schilkowsky finished his season by scoring for the Big Red at the Heps with a sixth place finish in the 800m. Schilkowsky looks to improve on his freshman campaign this season and contribute to bringing the Heps championship title back to Cornell.

Before Cornell
Schilkowsky was a two-time North Carolina state champion in the 800-meter run during his sophomore and junior years. He earned All-American honors after finishing second at the National Scholastic Indoor Championships and was selected to represent the United States at the Gibson Relays in Kingston, Jamaica his senior year. A foot injury prevented him from finishing his senior track season.
