As a Senior (2015-16)

Niedrach served as a cross country tri-captain as a senior, capping her Cornell career with a solid final season. She competed in six races, placing eighth at the Rochester Yellowjacket Invitational, second at the Canisius Alumni Classic and qualifying for NCAA Division I Northeast Region Championships. She finished 74th at Ivy League Cross Country Championships.

She had a successful season on the track as well, picking up indvidual wins in the mile at the Sykes &Sabock Challenge Cup and in the 500 meters at the Marc Deneault Invitational. She earned Second-Team All-Ivy honors for her runner-up finish at Ivy League Indoor Heptagonals. Outdoors, she finished third in the 1500 at the Bison Outdoor Classic and helped the 4x800 team to a fourth-place finish at Outdoor Heps. She qualified for ECAC Championships in the 800.

As a Junior (2014-15)
Niedrach finished in the Big Red’s top five in every race her junior season. In the season-opening meet at Army, she placed third with a 5K time of 17:44.24. At the Paul Short Run, she improved her course-best by 46 seconds, finishing in 21:22.
 
On the track, Niedrach recorded the 10th best mile time in program history, running a 4:49.61 in a prelim at ECACs. At the Cornell Outdoor Invitational, she won the 1500 by eight seconds, finishing in 4:26.85. Her distance medley team took first at the Sykes-Sabock Challenge, grabbing the no. 8 spot on the program charts with an 11:36.33 finish. At Ivy League Indoor Heptagonals, she was a member of the second-place two-mile relay team.

As a Sophomore (2013-14)
Niedrach was one of seven Cornell cross country runners to advance to the NCAA Championships this season, where she finished 229th in the 6K race with a time of 22:23.6. Her other 6K finishes came at the Paul Short Gold race, the Wisconsin Invitational and the Ivy League/Heptagonal Championships, where she placed 53rd. Her 5K finishes include the meet against Army (4th place) and the Boston College Invitational (57th place).

The sophomore track season was a strong one for Niedrach, who reached both the indoor and outdoor ECAC championships in multiple events.  Near the conclusion of the indoor season, she ran in the Indoor Heps as both the second leg in the 4x800 and the one-mile as an individual at 4:57.45.  She continued on to a fifth-place finish at the Indoor ECACs in the 1000 at 2:52.53.  Niedrach transitioned to the 1500 in the outdoor season, reaching tenth place at the Outdoor Heps and improving to eighth place for a time of 4:29.70 at the Outdoor ECACs in the event.

As a Freshman (2012-13)
Niedrach began her Cornell career with an 18th-place finish at the Army-Binghamton tri-meet, finishing in 18:30.90. She then equalled that finish at the Yellowjacket Invitational, taking 18th in 22:18.7 on a longer course. Niedrach finished 16th at the Paul Short Run's Open Race, and she ended her season with a 57th-place finish at the Princeton Invitational and a 14th-place finish at the John Reif Memorial Run.

The freshman transition well to the track season, earning a spot on the team's roster at the Indoor Heps where she placed 21st in the mile. She was 13th in the 1000 at the Indoor ECACs and participated on the Big Red's 11th-place DMR at the Penn Relays. She ran 11th in the 1500 at Outdoor Heps while also helping the Big Red to a fifth-place 4x800 relay team. She finished her year with a 13th-place leg in the 4x800 relay and a 22nd-place finish in the 1500 at the ECAC Outdoor Championships. She ran a sub-5:00 mile indoors at the Deneault Invite in February.

Before Cornell
A New Jersey Group State Champion indoors in 2012 in the 1600 meters, Niedrach has run 5:01.56 for 1600 meters. A potential steeplechaser, she is a relative newcomer to competitive distance running as she was also a standout soccer player in high school.
