Biography
At Cornell
Pollack added depth to the distance group in his rookie season and scored points at the Ivy League meet in both the 1000 and 1650 free. After doing research on campus and training hard this summer, Pollack has shown good signs for the upcoming season.
Prior to Cornell
Pollack is the holder of three school records at the Gilman School, including a pair of relay marks. A two-time scholastic All-American and a four-year letter winner, Pollack also swam for the North Baltimore Aquatic Club.
Personal
John Howard Pollack is the son of Howard and Grace Pollack and has two younger sisters. He is enrolled in the College of Engineering.
