Biography

At Cornell
Junior (2014-15): Zheng went 4-4 during her junior season, including a 2-1 performance vs. Air Force.

Sophomore (2013-14): Zheng had the second most wins on the epee squad with a record of 14-23. She was a perfect 2-0 against Lafayette and went 1-0 vs. both Yeshiva and Haverford. Zheng also posted a winning record of 2-1 against CCNY, Hunter, and Brandeis.

Freshman (2012-13): Zheng posted a 13-23 record overall and a mark of 3-12 in the Ivy League during her rookie season. She went a perfect 3-0 against Drew and posted winning records against Brandies, Boston College, Johns Hopkins and Penn. Following the season, Zheng was given the team's Greatest Academic Award for posting one of the highest GPAs during the 2013-13 season.

Prior to Cornell
Zheng earned four varsity letters in fencing at Lingston high school. As a senior, she took first place in the district and finished third overall at the state championship. She also won the Santelli tournament in 2012, after placing eighth in 2011.

Personal
Jenny Zheng is the daughter of James and JuQing Zheng and she has one younger brother. She is enrolled in the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences.
