As a Junior (2014-15)Heiden did not compete in any meets during her junior year.
As a Sophomore (2013-14)Heiden continued to contribute in the 800 for the Big Red during her second season. In her first meet of the season she helped the Big Red 4x8 relay team to a 1
st place finish at the Greg Page Relays. Individually, her best indoor 800 time came at the Cornell Upstate Challenge, where she posted a season best 2:22.04 in a 4
th place finish. Outdoors, she marked her best performance at the Cortland Classic Invitational, posting a 2:19.52 in a 4
th place finish.

As a Freshman (2012-13)Heiden did not run cross country for Cornell as a freshman, but she did compete during the track season in the 800, the 1,000 and the mile. She had a college-best 2:18.79 in the 800 in the Oxford/Cambridge meet and a 5:24.70 mile at the Deneault Invitational in February.
Before CornellHeiden ran track and cross country for three years in high school, serving as a captain of the track team during her junior and senior years and winning the team's MVP award during her sophomore, junior and senior seasons. Heiden was Second Team All-League in the 400 and in cross country.
PersonalHalle Rose Heiden is the daughter of David Heiden and Katherine Seligman. She has an older brother, Matthew.
