At Cornell
Starcevich earned a spot on beam as a junior in 2014 with a high score of 9.650 against Rutgers. She saw time in 11 of 12 meets during the season. Starcevich competed in a pair of meets as a sophomore in 2013, competing on both beam and floor at the Big Red Invitational and on beam against Cortland. She was a starter on floor and beam as a freshman in 2012, posting a career-best 9.575 on floor in a dual meet against Cortland. She notched a 9.5 on beam against Penn State, Alabama and Michigan.

Prior to Cornell
Starcevich earned first place on floor at the 2011 National Invitational Tournament and also finished on the podium on floor at the state level 10 championship (third_ and on beam at the Region 2, Level 10 regional championship (fifth). She helped her Gymnastics East team to a pair of second-place finishes at the Washington state level 10 meet. She finished in the top three in the state on floor in each of her last three seasons.

Personal
Jessica Louise Starcevich is the daughter of John and Karen Starcevich and has a younger brother and sister. Her uncle, Steven, was an All-American soccer player at Philadelphia University and played in the NFL for the Philadelphia Eagles. She is enrolled in the College of Arts and Sciences.
