As a Senior (2013-14)Scott had a solid senior season in the triple jump for the Big Red. He took home 1
st place in the triple jump at both the Greg Page Relays and the Cornell Southern Tier Collegiate Open to start his indoor season. He marked a career best triple jump of 51’ 1.5” in a 3
rd place finish at the Armory Collegiate Invitational. He had a solid showing at the Indoor Heps, posting a 5
th place finish in the triple jump. Outdoors, his best showing came at the Cornell Outdoor Invitational where he posted a 48’ 10” jump in a 1
st place finish. He concluded his Big Red career at the Outdoor Heps with a 5
th place finish.
As a Junior (2012-13)Scott had another great year for Cornell, starting with a fourth-place finish at the Indoor Heps to score four points for Cornell in the triple jump. Scott then finished 11th at the Penn Relays in the event, and he was fifth at the Outdoor Heps to get two more points for the Big Red. Scott triple jumped at the Outdoor IC4As, placing 11th. His season-best triple jump of 50' 1 1/4" qualified for the NCAA East Regional in Greensboro, N.C. There, Scott came in 40th place after jumping 48' 3/4".
As a Sophomore (2011-12)Scott was excellent at the Indoor Heps, taking second in the triple jump with a leap of 48' 6". He followed that performance with a 10th-place showing at the Indoor IC4As. At the Penn Relays, scott was eighth in the Eastern triple jump with a distance of 46' 4", and he just missed scoring at the Outdoor Heps, placing seventh with a distance of 47' 4 1/2". Scott qualified for the NCAA East Regional in Jacksonville, Fla., where he took 42nd place thanks to a jump of 46' 6 1/4". His outdoor best long jump of 50' 10 3/4" is now the 10th-best jump in school history.
As a Freshman (2010-11)Scott performed well at the Indoor Heps where he was third in the triple jump. During the Outdoor, he jumped a personal best in the Triple Jump at Outdoor Heps making him Second Team All-Ivy. He was a two time IC4A qualifier and had a very successful freshman year.
Before CornellScott was a talented jumper in high school, where he was a state qualifier his junior and senior years. He moved his high jump best to 6' 7" and his triple jump best to 47' 6" during his senior year.
