At Cornell
Junior (2014): Garrity enjoyed another successful season for the Big Red, playing in 15 games and making two starts. She finished the year with three goals and two assists for a career-high eight points. Garrity posted a career-best four points at Colgate with one goal and two assists, before adding a goal against both Monmouth and Yale. Following the season, she was named to the 2014 Gladiator by SGI/NFHCA Division I National Academic Squad.

Sophomore (2013): Garrity played in 14 games during her sophomore season. She took two shots and put one on goal. Following the season, she was named to the 2013 Gladiator by SGI/NFHCA Division I National Academic Squad.

Freshman (2012): Garrity had a solid rookie season, seeing action in 14 games and getting the start against Holy Cross. She took five shots and put four on goal. Following the season, she was named to the 2012 Gladiator by SGI/NFHCA Division I National Academic Squad.

At Saint Francis HS
Garrity was a three year letter winner at Saint Francis high school, serving as team captain during her senior season. She was an NFHCA West Region All-American and was named the Blossom Valley Athletic League Senior of the Year in 2011. As a senior, she was also named first-team All Blossom Valley and was a San Jose Mercury News first team selection. Garrity helped her team to a Central Coast Section championship and was a four-time Scholar Athlete. A four-year state qualifier in track and field and a member of the school’s soccer team, Garrity won the Steve Yamamoto Memorial Trophy as Saint Francis’ Outstanding Senior Athlete.

Personal
Kathleen Marie Garrity is the daughter of James and Lorrie Garrity and she has one older brother and one younger brother. Her father played football for San Francisco State University and her brother Michael is a member of the University of Oregon football team. She is enrolled in the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences.
