Biography

At Cornell
Junior (2013-14): Mandon posted a perfect 3-0 record on the season. She went an undefeated 1-0 against Yeshiva, Vassar and Hunter. 

Sophomore (2012-13): Mandon was a perfect 5-0 for the foil squad during her sophomore season, picking up three victories against Yeshiva and one against both Haverford and Wellesley. 

Freshman (2011-12): Mandon did not fence in varsity competition for the Big Red during her rookie season, but she did qualify for and participated in the junior olympics. 

Prior to Cornell
Mandon fenced for Great Neck South high school. She was a two-time all-county selection, finishing third at the Nassau County individual tournament as a senior after taking seventh place during her junior season. As a senior captain, Mandon helped her team to the Nassau County team title for the first time in 30 years. She received the Coaches' Choice Award for varsity sports in her final two seasons. Mandon has earned two silver medals at summer national qualifiers.
