Biography

At Cornell
Junior (2015-16): Turin competed in just one competition during her junior season, posting a 3-1 record at the Brandeis Invitational.

Sophomore (2014-15): As a sophomore, Turin went 5-9 on the season. She had a winning record of 2-1 vs. Air Force and Brandeis. 

Freshman (2013-14): In her first season with the Big Red, Turin led the saber squad with 34 wins, going 34-32 on the season. She was a perfect 3-0 vs. Yeshiva, Vassar, Stevens, and Hunter, while going 2-0 against Lafayette. Turin also had a winning record of 2-1 against Haverford, CCNY, Sacred Heart, St. John’s, Johns Hopkins, Boston College and Columbia. 

Prior to Cornell
A three year fencer at Bayonne high school, she was a two-time saber team captain and earned team MVP honors as a junior and senior.

Personal
Anatasia Turin is the daughter of Yuri and Elena Turin. She is enrolled in the College of Engineering.
