Second-Team All-CSFL (2014)
As a Senior (2014)
Roth was one of the Big Red's top receivers as a senior, posting 298 yards and a touchdown on 23 catches in seven games. His efforts earned him second-team All-CSFL honors.
As a Junior (2013)
Roth played in all seven games for the Big Red this season, doing a little bit of everything on offense. He pulled down 16 passes for 171 yards and also completed an 11-yard pass. In addition to he duties as a receiever, Roth was also the holder for place kicks all season.Â
As a Sophomore (2012)
Roth played in three contests for the Big Red during his sophomore season, returning one kick for eight yards.
Before Cornell
Roth was a four-year football player at Lebanon, lettering for three years as a quarterback and safety. He was a captain of his team in 2010 as well as All-State. He helped lead his team to a state championship and undefeated 11-0 season that year. Roth was also on the New Hampshire roster of the Shrine Bowl, an all-star game between teams from New Hampshire and Vermont.

Jonathan Michael Roth is the son of Erik and Elsa Roth. He has an older sister named Marguerite.
