Biography

Senior Season — 2015-16
A two-time co-captain, Odinak tied for the team lead in victories by posting an 11-7 record. Typically slotted in the No. 6 position, Odinak won six of her first eight matches on the season and finished strong with victories over opponents from Yale and Columbia at the Howe Cup. Odinak was named a College Squash Association Scholar Athlete for a second straight season, and she was also placed on the Academic All-Ivy League Team for the winter season.

Junior Season — 2014-15
Odinak posted an 8-6 record from the bottom two positions in the order, including six victories from the No. 8 spot. Serving as co-captain, she won seven of her first eight matches of the season — all in three sets. Her final victory of the season came against Dartmouth's Rebecca Brownell on Feb. 1, when she rallied from two sets down to win in five. After the season, she was presented with a College Squash Association Scholar Athlete Award.

Sophomore Season — 2013-14
Odinak was one of just two members of the Big Red compete in all 17 matches this season, tying for the team-high with nine victories to end the season ranked 75th in the country by the College Squash Association. She competed primarily from the Nos. 6 and 7 positions, where she posted a 3-4 mark in Ivy League matches. Two of those league wins were part of Odinak's four-match winning streak to start the season, and the other was a three-game sweep of Dartmouth's Lydie McKenzie on Feb. 2. Odinak then tacked on the final point in the Big Red's pivotal 6-3 victory over rival Stanford in the consolation semifinals of the Howe Cup, topping Julia Olson in five games at the No. 7 position.

Freshman Season — 2012-13
Odinak had a very successful collegiate debut, winning nine of 11 scoring matches from the lower portion of the order. She started off with an eight-match winning streak, which included consecutive Ivy League victories against Columbia's Skylar Dickey, Yale's Annie Ballaine and Brown's Kathryn Yates. Odinak then defeated Yale's Katie Harrison at the No. 9 spot of a Feb. 17 match at the Howe Cup. She finished the season ranked 95th in the country by the CSA.

Prior to Cornell
Odinak won a gold medal representing the United States in the 2009 junior team event at the 18th Maccabiah Games in Tel Aviv, Israel. She also won a bronze medal in the individual draw. She has competed in other international events, finishing 13th in the German Open and 16th in the Dutch Open in Under-17 events. As of early July, she was ranked 31st in the U.S. Squash Under-19 division.
