Biography
As a Sophomore (2014-15)
Roberts was the Zone 2 Champion in Individual Novice Fences as a sophomore. She also took first in the Intermediate Fences at the Cornell Show and qualified for the Regional Show, where she earned a reserve championship in Novice Fences. At the National Show, she finished third overall in the Novice Fences.
As a Freshman (2013-14)
Roberts had a strong debut season for the Big Red. She earned high point rider honors at two shows in 2013-14. She earned reserve high-point rider (second place) in her second collegiate appearance at the Nazareth Fall Show, also earning a first place ribbon in novice fences last season. She won a first place ribbon in her next show at Alfred.
Before Cornell
Roberts rode for 13 years prior to coming to Cornell, including four years for her high school team. Roberts also competed on the track and field team for four years and captained the team during the 2012 and 2013 seasons.
Personal
Carlee Idell Roberts is the daughter of Todd and Chris Roberts. She has a younger brother, Todd, and younger sister, Elle. Carlee is enrolled in the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences.
