As a senior (2019-20)

• NCAA qualifier at 141 pounds, his first time earning a trip to nationals as the #22 seeded wrestler at his weight.
• EIWA All-Academic Team
• First Team All-Ivy League
• Finished his senior campaign 26-12 with 18 wins by decision, seven by major, and one by tech fall.
• Was 9-9 in duals and 4-1 against Ivy League competition.
• Placed third at the EIWA Championships, going 5-1 over the two-day tournament.
• Took home the 141 pound title at the Bearcat Open and the Cornell Open.
 

As a junior (2018-19)

• Baughman was 2-3 on the season while wrestling at both 133 and 141 pounds.
• Won a pair of matches at the South Beach Invitational at 133 pounds, knocking off Allan Hart of Missouri and Dylan Gregerson of Utah Valley.
• Wrestled at 141 pounds in the dual meet against Columbia.
 

As a sophomore (2017-18)

• Unanimous first-team All-Ivy League selection at 125 pounds finished as the EIWA runner-up.
• Went 22-9 overall, including a perfect 5-0 against Ivy opponents.
• Dropped a 1-0 decision to defending national runner-up Darian Cruz of Lehigh in the EIWA finals after making a run to the final match as the No. 6 seed.
• Moved down from 133 to 125 in late January and posted a 9-4 record at the weight after going 13-5 up at 133.
• Took second at the New York State Intercollegiate meet, losing a 5-3 contest to Cornell’s starter at 133, Chas Tucker, in the finals.
• Placed fourth at the Cleveland Open.
 

As a freshman (2016-17)

• First-team All-Ivy League selection.
• Took third at Easterns as a freshman, ending the year with a 26-12 record.
• Was 3-3 vs. nationally ranked opponents, including a sudden victory win over 12th-ranked Josh Terao of American at the Las Vegas Invitational, and a pin of top 10-ranked Nick Piccinnini of Oklahoma State.
• Was 10-5 in dual meet competition.
• Half of his wins came by bonus victories.
 

Prior to Cornell

• Won a pair of state titles at Wadsworth HS, including at 120 pounds as part of a 40-1 senior campaign.
• Won the state title as a sophomore and placed third as a junior.
• Was a three-year team captain on the mat.
• Ended his career with a 165-16 mark.
• Finished seventh at the Fargo Junior National Tournament at 120 pounds in 2015.
• Placed second at 113 pounds at the Junior National Super 32 in 2014.
 

Personal

• Noah Thomas Baughman is the son of Todd and Alison Baughman and has two brothers and a sister.
• He is enrolled in the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences and the SC Johnson College of Business.
