Team Jessica Gunter Most Inspirational Player Award (2019)
As a senior (2019)
• Once again a fixture in central defense, appearing in all 15 games with seven starts.
• Scored a goal for a third straight season, striking in a 1-0 win Sept. 8 vs. St. Bonaventure.
• Shared team's Jessica Gunter Inspirational Player Award, presented annually to the player that displays the most inspiring performances and presence both on and off the field.
As a junior (2018)
• Led team in scoring with five points on a team-high two goals and one assist.
• Paired with classmate Abby Adams to anchor the central defense, coming forward on set pieces.
• Scored golden goal off a free kick in the 100th minute on Aug. 24 at St. Bonaventure.
• Second goal came after Jessica Ritchie's corner kick Sept. 22 at Columbia.
• Ranked third on team with 1,184 minutes, starting in 13 of 14 appearances.
As a sophomore (2017)
• Scored first collegiate goal in 1-0 victory over Maine on Sept. 16.
• Appeared in all but three of team's games, including nine starts in role of central defense or holding midfield.
As a freshman (2016)
• Made four starts among 11 appearances as defender or holding midfielder.
• Logged 465 minutes.
• Had one shot, forcing save from Colgate goalkeeper on Oct. 10.
Prior to Cornell
• Named the Gatorade D.C. Player of the Year and DCSAA Player of the Year after serving as co-captain of Woodrow Wilson HS in program's first state championship in 2015.
• Named to Washington Post's All-Met second team.
• Member of the National Honor Society.
• AP Scholar with Distinction.
• Competed on club level with Bethesda SC.
• Four-time co-captain, helping team to ECNL national playoffs in 2014.
Personal
• Kaili Marie Gregory is the daughter of Don Gregory and Lena Nirk.
• Mother graduated from Cornell and was two-time letterwinner with volleyball
• Enrolled in the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences.
