Biography
As a junior (2019-20)
• Appeared in 16 of team's 18 regular-season matches, holding down the No. 4 position on the ladder.
• Served as team tri-captain.
• One of two Cornell representatives at the College Squash Association National Collegiate Individual Championships, competing in Molloy South bracket.
As a sophomore (2018-19)
• Tied for fourth on team in victories with 7-10 record from Nos. 6 and 7 positions.
• Clinched upset victory over Drexel with three-game win at No. 7 on Jan. 18.
• Lone Ivy League victory came against Brown on Feb. 2.
• Won pair of five-game matches at Hoehn Cup against opponents from St. Lawrence and Franklin & Marshall.
As a freshman (2017-18)
• Debuted in February, winning twice in six matches from primarily the No. 7 spot.
• Won collegiate debut Feb. 3 in three games against an opponent from Brown.
• Competed in all three of the team's Hoehn Cup matches, winning in three at No. 7 against an opponent from Virginia in the consolation semifinals.
Prior to Cornell
• Member of the 2016 US Squash All-American team, ranking in the top 5 for the BU11, BU13, BU15, and BU17 divisions and as high as 14th in the BU19 division.
• Holds five US Squash national titles in the 3.0, 3.5, 4.0, 4.5, and 5.0 divisions.
• Received NY Squash’s coveted Michael Rothenberg award.
• Garnered All-Ivy honors in squash all four years at the Horace Mann School.
• Also played lacrosse and football in high school, serving as the captain of both squash and lacrosse teams during his senior season.
Personal
• Victor Luke Park is the son of Victor and Jennifer Park, and he has one sister.
• Sister, Emily, competed for the squash team at Harvard.
• Enrolled in the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences.
