• Finished 11th at Paul Short as Cornell's sixth-best time of the day with a 24:51.0
• Came in 47th at Heps where he finished seventh amongst Cornellians with a 25:45.3 clocking
• Capped the season finishing 53rd at NCAA Northeast Regionals with a 31:47.8 to be the Big Red's fifth finisher.
As a Sophomore (2019-20)
• Competed in five cross country meets, including the Ivy League Heps Championships (11/1) and the NCAA DI Northeast Regionals (11/15).
• Finished 27th at Heps.
As a Freshman (2018-19)
• Ran in four outdoor meets.
• Earned two PRs on the season; one in the 1500m at the Bison Outdoor Classic (4/13-14) with a time of 3:58.71 and one in the 800m at the Larry Ellis Invitational (4/20) with a time of 1:57.68.
• Finished the season with a second-place finish in the 1500m at the Cornell Big Red Invitational (4/28).
• Ran in two indoor meets.
• Earned two PRs on the season; one in the 3000m at the Cornell Upstate Challenge (1/18-19) with a time of 9:17.22 and one in the mile at the Robert J Kane Invitational (1/26) with a time of 4:30.34.
• Ran in five cross country meets.
• Opened the season with a 6k PR of 19:46.4 at the Bison Open (8/31).
• Closed the regular season with an 8k PR of 25:36.1 at the Princeton Cross Country Invitational (10/12).

Before Cornell
• Nowak was a four-year member of the cross country and track and field teams at Rye High School.
• Was the Westchester County 1600m champion in indoor track in 2018.
• Named all-Section I in both cross country and track and field.
• He holds personal bests of 4:20.4 for 1600m and 1:58 for 800m.
• He is trilingual, speaking Polish and Spanish in addition to English.
• A four-year high honor roll student, Nowak was a member of the National Honor Society.
