• Saw action in six games.
• Led the team with 25 solo tackles, second with 33 total tackles.
 

Prior to Cornell

• Played basketball and ran for the track and cross country teams at Blue Springs South HS.
• Member of the 2015 Missouri State Champion Team for basketball
• All-Missouri State Track Athlete in 2017
• USATF qualifier in the 400m hurdles and the 2000m steeplechase in 2017
• Two-time Academic All-Missouri State for cross country and track in 2016 and 2017
• Two-time all-conference and all-district for cross country and track (XC: 2015, ‘16; TF 2016, ‘17).
• MSHSAA Academic Athlet of the Year in 2013.
• Left Blue Springs South HS with the record in the 4x800m.

• Seth F Henks is the son of Dennis and Machelle Henks.
• Has one older brother, Gabe, and one younger brother, Nate.
• His father, Dennis, played football for the University of Missouri.
• Enrolled in the College of Arts and Sciences.
