Appeared in all eight regular season meets as well as the Ivy League Championship ... helped her 200-Yard Freestyle relay team to four podium finishes, most notably a victory against Yale ... aided her 400-Yard Freestyle relay team to three podiums ... started her season on the podium by winning the 200- and 100-Yard Freestyle against Binghamton ... earned another two podiums by finishing third against Dartmouth and Harvard in the 200-Yard Freestyle and the 100-Yard Freestyle ... won two events against Penn and Princeton in the 200-Yard Freestyle and 100-Yard Freestyle ... won the 200-Yard Freestyle at the Zippy Invitational with a time of 1:47.13 ... took home another two first-place finishes in the 200-Yard Freestyle in her back-to-back wins against Yale and Columbia ... she also finished second in the 100-Yard Freestyle in both meets.
2021-22 l JUNIOR SEASON
Competed in all eight meets, including the Zippy Invitational and Ivy Championship ... at St. Bonaventure, won the 200-yard freestyle with a time of 1:55.42 and placed second in the 500-yard freestyle ... a pair of top-3 finish in the 100-yard freestyle and 400-yard freestyle relay against Princeton and Penn ... notched the ninth-fastest time in Cornell women's swimming and diving history in the 200-yard freestyle relay, finishing sixth overall in 1:33.64 in the Zippy Invitational ... made the Zippy Invitational A Final with a fifth-place finish of 1:49.61 in the 200 freestyle, which ranks second all-time in the Big Red record books, and an eighth-place finish of 51.21 in the 100 freestyle ... won the 50-yard freestyle with a time of 24.03 against Yale ... against Brown, won the 200-yard freestyle in 1:50.43 and came in second in the 50-yard and 100-yard freestyle, while also winning the 400-yard freestyle relay ... helped set the fifth-fastest time in Cornell history for the 800-freestyle relay in 7:27.74 at the Ivy Championship ... clocked the eighth-fastest time in Big Red history, helping finish the 400-freestyle relay in 3:24.40 at the Ivy Championship ... qualified for the B Final of the 50-yard freestyle, 200-yard freestyle, and the 100-yard freestyle at the Ivy Championship.

2019-20 l FRESHMAN SEASON
Swam at all nine meets for the Big Red as a freshman, including the Ivy League Championships ... scored points in the 100-freestyle (15th) and 200-freestyle (22nd) at Ivies, cracking Cornell’s all-time top-10 list in both events ... her 200-freestyle mark (1:50.23) ranks fourth all-time in Big Red history and is a lifetime personal-best, while her 100-freestyle time (51.03) ranks seventh ... guided Cornell’s 800-freestyle relay team to a school record performance at Ivies, posting a time of 7:20.96 ... was a vital member of multiple Big Red relays at the conference meet, helping Cornell’s 400-freestyle relay (No. 2, 3:23.25), 200-freestyle relay (No. 3, 1:32.73), and 200-medley relay (No. 10, 1:43.03) teams notch all-time top-10 marks as well ... made the A Final of the 200-freestyle at Akron’s Zippy Invitational, finishing sixth in 1:51.24 ... added B Final appearances in the 50-freestyle and 100-freestyle at the Zippy Invite, finishing 12th and 14th, respectively, in the two events ... her 50-freestyle times in prelims at the Zippy Invitational (23.67) marked a lifetime personal-best ... tallied eight top-three individual finishes at dual meets over the course of the season ... picked up her first collegiate win in Cornell’s victory over Binghamton, winning the 200-freestyle and placing second in the 100-freestyle ... finished second in the 200-freestyle to help the Big Red defeat Brown in an Ivy League dual ... posted a pair of third place finishes in the 100- and 200- freestyle events against Columbia, while also helping the Big Red’s 400-freestyle relay team notch the 10th-fastest time in program history (3:25.83).
PRIOR TO CORNELL
Three-year letterman and four-time All-Conference selection at Woodbury HS ... state finalist in 2016 and was elected team captain in 2017 ... earned the Mulligan Leadership Award in 2019 for Mako Aquatics club team ... was a NCSA Junior National Finalist and Winter Junior National Qualifier in the 100 free in 2019 ... was also a NCSA Junior National Qualifier in the 50, 100, and 200 free in 2018 and 2019 ... took second place in the 50 free at the 2019 Minnesota Long Course State Meet.
PERSONAL
Melissa Marie Parker is the daughter of Jeff and Sharon Parker and has two sisters ... her uncles Bill and Scott Parker and aunt Kari Parker all ran collegiate cross country and track ... she is enrolled in the College of Engineering.
