2023-24 | SENIOR SEASON
Qualified for the NCAA Championships… earned unanimous first-team All-Ivy honors for the second time in his career… took 8th place at the Cliff Keen Las Vegas Invite… took third at the EIWA Tournament… finished the season 22-12… led the team with seven pins... earned academic All-Ivy honors 

2022-23 I JUNIOR SEASON
Went 3-4 with three losses to top 20 opponents, including three by decision ... was 2-1 at the Cliff Keen Las Vegas Invitational with both wins by fall ... missed the final three months of the season due to injury.

2021-22 I SOPHOMORE SEASON
Was 3-2 at his first NCAA Championships, advancing to the Round of 12 ... EIWA runner-up at 285 to make him 13-2 against conference foes ... unanimous first-team All-Ivy League selection as part of a 21-9 season ... of his 21 wins, 13 came with bonus points ... was the runner-up at the Southern Scuffle ... had a seven-match win streak snapped in a tight 6-2 loss to No. 11 Trent Hilger of Wisconsin to end the regular season ... eight of nine losses have come to wrestlers in the top 14, with the other being an injury default.

2020-21 I FRESHMAN SEASON
Season canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

PRIOR TO CORNELL
Four year member of the wrestling team at Voorhees HS ... two-time New Jersey State Champion ... FloNational Champion ... ranked as the #1 pound for pound wrestler in New Jersey during 2019 ... finished high school with a record of 153-22 with 107 wins by fall ... during senior year won all of his matches by fall ... came out of high school as the No. 5 ranked recruit in his class.

PERSONAL
Lewis Fernandes is the son of Gina and Rob Fernandes and has two older brothers ... he is enrolled in the Charles H. Dyson School of Applied Economics and Management.
