Biography
As a sophomore (2019-20)
• Coxed the Cornell A 4+ to a fourth place finish in Flight 1 at the Cornell Autumn Classic, as the boat was the top Big Red finisher of the event in 12:24.59.
• Guided the Cornell C 8+ to an 11th place finish among 22 boats in Flight 2 of the Cornell Autumn Classic with a time of 11:54.95.
• Spring 2020 season canceled due to COVID-19.
As a freshman (2018-19)
• Competed in eight regattas during his freshman campaign, serving as a coxswain for the third and fourth varsity eight.
• Coxed the fourth varsity eight at the 2019 EARC Sprints, leading the boat to a third place finish in the Petite final and a ninth place overall finish.
• Helped the third varsity eight to a second place finish against Harvard and George Washington, as the Big Red defeated George Washington but fell to Harvard.
• Coxed the third varsity eight and fifth varsity four boats at the Cornell Autumn Classic.
Prior to Cornell
• Coxswain with Community Rowing, Inc.
• Served as the varsity boys’ captain during the 2017-18 season.
• Gold medal in the men's U19 4+ at the 2017 Club Nationals.
• Silver medal in the men's U19 8+ at the 2017 Club Nationals
• Took fourth in the men's youth 8+ at the 2017 Head of the Charles.
• Placed sixth in men's youth 8+ at the 2017 Youth Nationals.
• Finished eighth in men's youth 8+ at 2018 Youth Nationals.
Personal
• Jack Reynolds Robinson is the son of Mark Robinson and Tisa Hughes and he has one brother.
• Enrolled in the College of Arts and Sciences.
