2023 | JUNIOR SEASON
Started in six of her 14 appearances on season ... concluded season with seven points (three goals, one assist), finishing in a four-way tie for goals ... recorded first collegiate assist on Mia Gonzalez's first collegiate goal in 1-0 victory over Central New York rival Syracuse (Sept. 3), which was program's first-ever win over Orange ... scored first goal of season against Binghamton (Sept. 13) and netted game-winning goal against Colgate (Sept. 26) ... also tallied marker in season finale against Penn (Oct. 28).
2022 | SOPHOMORE SEASON
Made 13 appearances, while making three starts, and registered 423 minutes of action ... recorded first collegiate points with a goal against Harvard (Oct. 8).
2021 | FRESHMAN SEASON
Appeared in one game in rookie season with the Big Red, making collegiate debut against Niagara (Sept. 2).
PRIOR TO CORNELL
Competed on club level with Sockers FC ... also played volleyball and ran track at York Community HS, helping 4x400 relay team win a state title in 2018.

Sydney Elizabeth Malaga is the daughter of Scott and Beth Malaga, and has a twin brother, Luke, who competes on the Cornell football team ... father, Scott, played football at Cornell and was inducted into Cornell Athletics Hall of Fame in 1999, after concluding career with 1,925 rushing yards, which ranks fourth in Big Red program history ... enrolled in the Nolan School of Hotel Administration.
