Biography
As a freshman (2019-20)
• Entered her freshman season with the Big Red slotted to compete in the limit flat and intermediate fences divisions.
• Made her collegiate debut in limit flat at Alfred.
Prior to Cornell
• Rode with the Clearwater Bay Equestrian Education Center equestrian team from 2014-19.
• Helped her team to a fourth place finish at the Hong Kong Equestrian Federation’s Cheong Lee Inter-school Equestrian Challenge in 2017.
• Also played four years of varsity netball at the Hong Kong International School, serving as the varsity team captain and earning three letters.
• Guided her netball team to a bowl win at the 2019 ACAMIS Netball Tournament.
Personal
• Bianca Ysabel Garcia is the daughter of Michael Garcia and Mary Margareth Grande and has one younger brother.
• She is enrolled in the College of Arts and Sciences.
