Billy Powers' up-to-date results
As a Sophomore (2019-20)
• Did not compete in any meets.
As a Freshman (2018-19)
• Competed in 11 track meets, mostly in the 400 and the 400 hurdles.
• Recorded eight top-five placements, including a DMR fifth-place finish at the Ivy League Indoor Heps Championships (2/23-24).
• Placed 15th at Indoor Heps with a personal record in the 400.
• Earned a 14th-place finish in the 400 hurdles at the Outdoor Ivy League Heps Championships (5/4-5).
Before Cornell
• While at Winnicunnet high school, he was a 5-time New England Champion, and earned All-American status in 2018 for the 110m hurdles at New Balance Nationals.
• Powers earned the prestigious honor of being named New Hampshire’s Gatorade Athlete of the Year for track and field on two separate occasions.
• His personal best in the 110 hurdles is 13.93, and he has run 54.36 for the 400 hurdles.
