Coaches’ Roles and Responsibilities
The head coach is selected by the Director of Athletics and, as a representative of the department, responsible for complying with all NCAA, Ivy League, department and university policies. The head coach will establish and oversee team rules for membership on the team, training, practice, and competition. These team rules will be approved by the Director of Athletics, or their designee, provided in writing to all team members prior to the start of the season, and made available to prospective student-athletes. Each head coach is responsible for overseeing the academic and athletic performance of individual team members.
