Nadia Kiechle joined Cornell Athletics in June 2018. She provides leadership to the University’s sport-specific associations and works closely with volunteers to accomplish program initiatives by supporting engagement events, fundraising, and outreach efforts. Kiechle also facilitates more than 40 events annually for Big Red alumni, parents, and friends, including the annual Athletics Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony, team reunions and anniversaries, and Homecoming and Reunion tailgates.

Born and raised in Cortland, N.Y., Kiechle returned to Upstate in 2013 when she accepted a position in Cornell’s Engineering Career Center providing job search strategies and career resources to technical students. Prior to that role, she served as an Assistant Director of Internship Programs at Union College in Schenectady, N.Y., and as a paralegal at a boutique law firm in Boston.

Kiechle holds a Master's in Mental Health Counseling from the University at Albany and a Bachelor’s in Psychology from Hamilton College. At Hamilton, Kiechle was a four-year member of the women’s lacrosse team. Her senior year she was selected to the IWLCA/US Lacrosse Division III All-America second team and earned first-team all-region, all-state and all-conference recognition.

Kiechle lives in McLean, N.Y., with her husband, Matt.
