Biography
As a freshman (2019-20)
• Competed at four shows in the limit flat division during her rookie campaign with the Big Red.
• Secured a top-two finish in each of her limit flat classes over the course of the season.
• In her Cornell debut at RIT, finished first in limit flat at the second show of the weekend double-header for her first individual collegiate win.
• Notched her second victory of the season at Alfred Show #1, winning her limit flat class.
Prior to Cornell
• 2018 IEA Varsity Intermediate Regional Champion
• 2018 IEA Team Reserve Regional Champion
• Competed in equestrian for four years throughout high school in the jumpers, hunters, and equitation divisions.
Personal
• Katherine Hannag Philipp is the daughter of Hugh and Christine Philipp and has one younger brother.
• She is enrolled in the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences.
