Biography

As a Sophomore (2016-17)
Vasquez-Bolanos concluded her sophomore season with sixth place in Walk Trot at Nationals. She was also champion in Walk Trot at the Zone 2 Championship and reserve champion in Walk Trot at the Region 1 Championship.

Before Cornell
Vasquez-Bolanos played basketball and ran track at Tuscarora High School. She was also president of her class and the National Honor Society and secretary of the Science National Honor Society.
 
Personal
Laura Sophia Vasquez-Bolanos is the daughter of Kenneth Brown and Alexandra Bolanos-Brown. She has two younger sisters, Sara and Kendra, and is enrolled in the College of Engineering.
