As a Senior (2020-21)
• Season canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

As a Junior (2019-20)
• Finished the season with a record of 41-15 and the second best winning percentage of fencers who qualified for regionals (.732).
• Went 6-0 at the Brandeis Invitational, 15-3 at the Philadelphia Invitational and 11-3 at the Northwestern Duals.
• At regionals, went 3-3 in foil, finishing 23rd overall with a +0 touch differential.

Prior to Cornell
• A member of the Fencer’s Club.
• Earned a silver medal in foil at the 2016 July North American Cup.
• Won gold at the 2016 Junior Olympic Fencing Championships.
 
Personal
• Grace Yinlei Ding is the daughter of Ran Ding and Lijuan He and she has one younger brother.
• Is a member of Cornell’s ROTC program.
• Ding is enrolled in the College of Engineering.
