Freshman (2011-12): Clarke went 2-7 at epee during her rookie season, with both victories coming against NJIT.

Prior to Cornell
Clarke was a four-time letter winner in epee, ranking No. 1 overall in the ISFL women's league in 2010-11. She was coached by Joshua Marks for four year and trained at the NYC Fencer's Club. At the ISFL team championships, she helped her squad place first in 2011 and second in 2010. In the ISFL individual championships, she placed second in the women's epee competition in 2011. Clarke was also second in 2009 and third in 2010 in the co-ed competition.

Personal
Khelsi Beata Clarke is the daughter of Vaughn and Frances Clarke and she has one younger sister. She is enrolled in the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences.
