Biography
As a Junior (2020-21)
• Season canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
As a Sophomore (2019-20)
• Went 10-7 as a sophomore competing in saber.
• Posted a 7-2 record at the Brandeis Invitational.
As a Freshman (2018-19)
• Posted the third most wins for the saber squad (17) as a freshman.
• Finished with a .515 winning percentage (17-16).
• Went undefeated vs. Cleveland State (3-0), Brandeis (2-0), MIT (3-0), University of Incarnate Word (2-0) and Brown at the Ivy League Fencing Round-Robin (1-0).
• Beat her seed to finish 12th in the saber competition at the 2019 NCAA Northeast Regional tournament.
Prior to Cornell
• A member of Bulgaria Fencing National Team, made up of the top four fencers in the country.
• Competed for Bulgaria in 2015 and 2016 in Cadet (under-17), in 2016, 2017, and 2018 in Junior (under-20) and in 2017 and 2018 in Senior (open age group).
