At Cornell
Junior (2015): Horak saw action in all 17 games, making one start during her junior season. She finished the year with three points, scoring against Lehigh and adding an assist vs. Sacred Heart.
 
Sophomore (2014): Horak saw a significant jump in playing time during her sophomore season, playing in 14 games and making five starts. She finished the year ranked third on the team with five goals and was fifth overall with 11 points. Horak started the season on a tear with two goals at Colgate and at Lehigh. She also registered one goal and one assist for a career-best three points at Delaware.  

Freshman (2013): Horak battled injuries throughout her freshman season, but managed to see action in two games, playing at Princeton and Dartmouth.

At Cor Jesu Academy
Horak played field hockey for four seasons at Cor Jesu Academy, serving as team captain and leading her squad to a state championship as a senior after a state runner-up finish as a junior. She was a two-time first-team all-conference and a two-time first-team All-Metro selection, as well as earning Metro Women's Athletics Association Conference Player of the Year honors as a senior. Horak was named to the 2012 NFHCA High School All-Region team and was an all-state Player of the Year. She was also named to the NFHCA Academic Squad for her performance in the classroom.

Personal
Elizabeth Price Horak is the daughter of Ronald and Maureen Horak and she has two brothers. Her older brother Joe plays ice hockey at Trinity College. She is enrolled in the Cornell College of Arts and Sciences.
