At Cornell
Freshman (2013): Lord saw action in all 17 games during her rookie year, finishing with three goals and one assist for seven points. After helping the Big Red to even its record at 2-2 with one goal in back-to-back games vs. St. Francis (Pa.) and Georgetown, she was named the Ivy League Rookie of the Week on Sept. 17. Lord also scored against Saint Joseph’s and registered her lone assist at Dartmouth.

Prior to Cornell
Lord played field hockey for five years with the Surrey county team, serving as team captain during her final four seasons. She was also selected by the English Hockey Board to participate with the Wessex Leopards U17 HiPAC squad, where she played under some of England’s finest coaches. Lord also played for one of the best clubs in London, the Teddington Hockey Club, helping the U18 team to a league championship and a trip to the 2013 national club finals. As a member of the Cranleigh Preparatory School team, Lord reached the regional finals in each of her final two years in both indoor and outdoor hockey.

Georgia Lee Lord is the daughter of Brad and Karina Lord and she has a younger brother and two younger sisters.
