• NFHCA National Academic Squad selection (2015, 2016)
• NFHCA Scholar of Distinction (2016)


As a sophomore (2016)
• Did not play due to a preseason injury.
• Named to the 2016 Gladiator by SGI/NFHCA Division I National Academic Squad as a Scholar of Distinction.

As a freshman (2015)
• Had a breakout rookie of year and was named the team’s Class of '91 Cup winner, which is chosen by the senior class and given annually to the player with the most promising future.
• Tallied 22 points on 12 assists and five goals.
• Finished the season ranked fifth in the Ivy League and ninth in the nation with 0.71 assists per game
• Her 12 assists were good for second in Cornell history for assists in a single season.
• Took home both the Ivy League and the ECAC Rookie of the Week honors on Sept. 22 after scoring two goals on two shots vs. Vermont and being named to the Catamount Classic All-Tournament Team.
• Repeated as the Ivy Rookie of the Week on Oct. 27 after an 11-point weekend with three goals and five assists vs. Brown and Lehigh.
• Named to the 2015 NFHCA National Academic Squad.
 
Prior to Cornell
• Earned four varsity letters at Penn-Trafford High School, serving as team captain during her senior season.
• A four-year starter, she led the team in scoring in both of her final seasons and earned four consecutive all-WPIAL and all-section honors.
• As a freshman, she scored 14 goals to go with 21 assists for the 2011 WPIAL champions.
• Was a three-time Futures Elite selection, winning a gold medal in 2014.
• Participated in the National Futures Championship from 2010-13 and also won a silver medal at the 2012 Junior Olympics.
• Selected to participate in the USA Field Hockey's Under-17 Junior National Camp in 2012.
• A three-year letter winner in track and field, she set the school record in the triple jump.
 
Personal
• Isabel Madeline Siergiej is the daughter of Richard and Lalana Siergiej and she has two older sisters and one older brother.
• Her sister Marisa was an All-American for the Big Red field hockey team.
• Siergiej is enrolled in the College of Engineering.
