Biography

At Cornell
Freshman (2011): Trout saw solid playing time during her rookie season, playing in seven games on the year. She registered one shot at Penn.

At Portsmouth HS
Trout was a four-time letter winner at Portsmouth HS, serving as team captain as a senior. She was the NHFHCA Division 2 Player of the Year and the Portsmouth Herald Player of the Year in 2010. That same season she was also named first-team all-state and to the Union Leader all-star team. Trout led her team to a state semifinals appearance in 2008 after being state finalists the season prior. She also lettered six times in track and field and once in lacrosse.

Personal
Jaime Lynne Trout is the daughter of Tom Trout and Deb Audino and she has one younger brother. She is enrolled in the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences.
