• NFHCA National Academic Squad selection (2017, 2018)
 
As a sophomore (2018)
• Started the first two games of the season vs. Bucknell and Lock Haven.
• Played in seven games on the year.

As a freshman (2017)
• Saw limited action as a rookie due to injury.
• Played vs. Bucknell, Rutgers, Lock Haven and Lehigh.
• Named to the 2017 ZAG Field Hockey/NFHCA Division I National Academic Squad.

Prior to Cornell
• A three-year letter winner at Severna Park Senior HS, serving as team captain as a senior.
• Helped Severna Park to three consecutive Maryland Class 4A State Championships (2013, 2014, 2015) and was county co-champion in 2016.
• Named first-team all-county, first-team all-state and second-team All-Met as a senior.
• Competed as a member of Spark Field Hockey Club.
• Also played lacrosse for one season at Severna Park Senior HS.
 
Personal
• McKenna Cassidy Lee is the daughter of Sean and Jennifer Lee and she has a younger brother and sister.
• She is enrolled in the School of Industrial and Labor Relations.
