Cornell University Athletics

A versatile athlete, she was a defenseman on the women[apos]s ice hockey team for three years. She served as tri-captain of the 1974-75 squad, which compiled a 12-2 record, and she finished third on the team in scoring (10-15-25). The team[apos]s MVP as a senior, she also rowed with the women[apos]s crew in 1973 and in 1974, the first year of varsity status for the sport at Cornell. During her senior year, she handled the publicity for women[apos]s sports for the University[apos]s sports information office. She also participated in field hockey and tennis. She is a native of Gates Mills, Ohio.
