She was a four-year letter winner in both field hockey and lacrosse. In field hockey, she was an All-Ivy second-team selection in 1988, after receiving All-Ivy honorable mention in 1986 and 1987. Co-captain of the 1988 team, she led the Big Red in scoring as a sophomore. Graap set Cornell records for career assists (15), season assists (9 in 1988) and game assists (4 in 1988). In lacrosse, she led the team in scoring in 1988 (19-9-28) and in 1989 (14-1-15). Over her four-year career, she scored 76 points on 59 goals and 17 assists. She was named to the Brine Northeast Regional All-America first team in 1988 and received honorable mention in 1989. She was a unanimous All-Ivy first-team selection in 1988 while earning second-team honors in 1989. She is a graduate of West Chester (Pa.) East High School and makes her home in Afton, Va.
