An outstanding forward for the women[apos]s basketball team, she set the school[apos]s all-time career scoring record with 1,256 points. She also set career records for free throws attempted (503), free throws made (308) and field goal percentage (.442). She completed her four-year career ranked second in career rebounds (722), scoring average (12.7) and in 20-point games (17). She also set the school single-game scoring mark by pouring in 34 points against Yale in 1984. She was named All-Ivy second team in 1984, 1985 and 1986 and was an honorable mention pick as a freshman. As a senior, Dwyer, a tri-captain, was the recipient of team[apos]s best offensive player award and the Anderson-Pfeiffer Leadership Award. She is a former Newbury, Vt., native and Oxbow Union High School graduate.
