As a Senior (2017-18)
• Double-scorer at the Outdoor Heps, taking third in the 1500 meters (3:48.88) and fourth in the 4x800 relay (7:29.29).
• Sixth at the IC4A Outdoor Championships in the 1500 (3:49.90).
• Runner-up in the 1500 at the West Point Twilight with a personal-record time of 3:46.31.
• Recorded five top-five finishes.
• Had a standout final cross country season, crossing the line as a top-two finisher for Cornell in four out of the five meets he competed in.
• Started the season out with an impressive runner-up finish at the quad meet with Columbia, Brown and NYU to lead the way for the Big Red.
• Continued on to be the number two runner for the team in the next three meets, placing 44th at the Paul Short Run, 10th at the Penn State National Open and 16th at the Ivy League Heptagonal Cross Country Championships.
• Final collegiate cross country race came at the NCAA Northeast Regional where he finished the course 96th overall.
As a Junior (2016-17)
• Ran in five cross country meets as a junior.
• Atarted the season off with a seventh place finish at the Spiked Shoe Invitational and led the Big Red across the line at the Adidas Pre-National with a 123rd place finish.
• Also finished 40th at the Ivy League Heptagonal Cross Country Championships and 48th at the NCAA Northeast Regionals.
• Followed up strong cross country season with a standout season on the track, nabbing seven top-five finishes, while also earning a trip to the NCAA Division I East Preliminary Round to compete in the 1500 meters.
• At the Ivy League Indoor Track and Field Championships, helped the distance medley relay take second (9:54.85) while also taking seventh individually in the mile (4:14.22).
• Followed that up with a second-place showing in the mile (4:05.89) at the IC4A/ECAC Indoor Track and Field Championships.
• At the Outdoor Heps, was eighth in the 4x800 relay (7:40.23) and 11th in the 1500 (3:53.88).
As a Sophomore (2015-16)
• First appearance was a win in the mile at the indoor Cornell Sunday Invitational.
• Followed it up with another win in the same event a week later at the Marc Deneault Invitational.
• Qualified for indoor IC4A Championships in the mile, placing 21st.
• Outdoors, qualified for IC4A Championships in the 1500, placing sixth.
As a Freshman (2014-15)
• After overcoming an early-season ankle injury, finished seventh in the 5K at the John Reif Memorial Run, with a time of 25:57.2.
• On the track, won the mile race at the Sunday Invitational in Barton Hall in 4:14.69 and took fifth in the 3000 (8:28.96) at the Upstate Challenge.
Before Cornell
• Silverman had a successful senior season to close out his high school career.
• He took home 10th place in the 1600 at the Illinois State Meet, while improving his 3200 time by over 15 seconds to a personal best 9:12.73.

• Silverman is enrolled in the SC Johnson College of Business.
