2022-23 I JUNIOR SEASON
Placed seventh in the 8k with a 24:27.1 minute run at the LHU XC Invitational/ Open… set a pr in the 8k with a 140th place 24:22.1 minute run at Lehigh Paul Short Run (College)… placed 46th in the 8k with a 25:43.7 minute run at the Ivy League Heptagonal Cross Country Championships… earned a personal best in the 10k with a 55th place 30:52.1 minute run at the NCAA Division 1 Northeast Region Cross Country Championships.

2021-22 I SOPHOMORE SEASON
Competed in two events, clocking an 8K PR of 26:18.1 at the Paul Short open race for a 97th place finish.
 
2020-21 I FRESHMAN SEASON
Season cancelled due to COVID-19.

PRIOR TO CORNELL
Finished fifth overall in the 3200-meter at the 2019 MSHSL AA State Championships… 2019 Metro West Conference Champion in the 1600-meter and 3200-meter… Metro West Conference 3200-meter record holder… Thomas Jefferson High School’s 3200-meter school record holder… served as team captain of Thomas Jefferson’s cross country and track and field teams during junior and senior campaigns… competed in four years of Nordic skiing at Thomas Jefferson, captaining the team as a junior and senior.

PERSONAL
Colden Charles Longley is the son of Jesse and Betsy Longley… has one older sister… He is enrolled in the College of Engineering.
