Connor Strynkowski's up-to-date results
As a Senior (2015-16)
Strynkowski ran in two cross country meets as a senior, placing 13th in the John Reif Memorial.
On the track, he picked up two fifth-place finishes, one indoors in the mile at the Cornell Sunday Invitational and one outdoors in the 1500 at the Big Red Invitational. He also competed once in the 3K steeplechase, shaving nine seconds off his previous personal best.
As a Sophomore (2013-14)
Strynkowski took 40 seconds off his 8K time this cross country season, beginning the season running a 27:19.0 at the meet against Army and ending the season with a time of 25:39.0 at the Princeton Invitational. He also ran at the Paul Short Open and the Reif Memorial Run.
On the track, Strykowski participated at three events in his second season, competing in the mile and the 3000. His best mile showing came at the Bomber Invitational, where he ran a 4:30.08 time to finish 8
th. His best 3000 came at the Deneault Memorial, running a time of 9:05.31 in a 12
th place finish.
As a Freshman (2012-13)
Strynkowski competed in eight meets for the Big Red in his first year with the team, posting a season-best 4:25.28 in the mile at the Bomber Invitational. He steeplechased at the end of the season, finishing with a season best of 9:50.65 at the Bison Outdoor Classic.
Before Cornell
Strynkowski holds personal bests of 4:20 in the 1600 and 9:21 in the 3200 from his high school days.
