2023 | JUNIOR SEASON
Took second place in the 8k at the 2023 Yellowjacket XC Invitational (24:57.9) … placed 9th in the 8k at the Ivy League Heptagonal Cross Country Championships, running it in 24:24.2 minutes … set a personal best in the 10k with a 30:04.44 minute run in the NCAA Division I Northeast Region Cross Country Championship.

2022 I SOPHOMORE SEASON
Set a personal best in the 10k, running it in 30:04.4 minutes and placing 25th at the NCAA Division 1 Northeast Region Cross Country Championships… placed fourth in the 8k with a 24:21.1 minute run in the LHU XC Invitational/ Open… earned a PR in the 8k with a 23:52.4 minute run, placing 81st at Lehigh Paul Short Run (College).

2021 I FRESHMAN SEASON
Began his Big Red career with a 26:04.1 clocking at the Yellowjacket Invitational and quickly improved on the time at the Paul Short run two weeks later… at Paul Short, he improved on his previous collegiate PR to finish eight with a time of 24:46.9… clocked a 25:59.6 at the Penn State National Open for 10th place to be named the race's top freshman finisher… took 58th at Heps with a 25:47.7.

PRIOR TO CORNELL
Earned the Gatorade District of Columbia Boys Cross Country Player of the Year in 2020-21… named to the Washington Post All-Met First Team in 2019 (Cross-Country)… paced his way to the 2021 DCSAA Track & Field State Championship gold finish in the 1600m… finished 12th at the 2019 Foot Locker Northeast Regional… set the school record in the 3200m (8:59.96), 1600m (4:06.67), and 5k XC (15:21)… won the 2018 Interstate Athletic Conference Cross-Country Championship… secured the 2019 Interstate Athletic Conference Track & Field Title in the 1600m.
