As a Senior (2017-18)
• Tenth all-time at Cornell in the 1000 meters (2:25.78).
• Scored at both the Indoor and Outdoor Heps, taking third in the 1000 (2:27.30) during indoors and fourth in the 4x800 (7:29.29) at outdoors.
• Also finished seventh in the 4x800 at the outdoor championships (7:46.04).
• Took 36th in the 1500 (3:57.13) at the IC4A Outdoor Championships.
• Notched two wins on the season and nine top-five finishes.
• Earned personal records in the outdoor 800 (1:54.89), 1000 (2:25.78) and 1500 (3:54.33).
• Ran in two meets during the cross country season, taking
37th at the quad meet with Columbia, Brown and NYU and fifth at the
Reif Memorial Run.
As a Junior (2016-17)
• Competed in three cross country meets as a junior, finishing 67th at the Spiked Shoe Invitational, 109th at the Paul Short 8K Gold Race and 107th at the Penn State national Open.
• On the track, grabbed two event wins, with one coming in the 1000 at the Marc Deneault Memorial (2:28.48) and the other in the 1500 at the Cornell Cabin Fever Invitational (4:00.15).
• Also had an eighth place finish in the 1000 at the Nittany Lion Challenge (2:30.86) and sixth place finishes in the 1000 at the Columbia East-West Challenge (2:29.03) and in the 8—at the Robert J. Kane Invitational (1:57.73).
• Outdoors, finished 19th in the 1500 at the IC4A Outdoor Track and Field Championships.
As a Sophomore (2015-16)
• Made his collegiate cross country debut at the Brother Jasper Invitational, placing 63rd.
• On the track, competed in the middle distances, finishing third in the 800 meters at the Cornell Indoor Upstate Challenge and second in the 1000 at the Robert J. Kane Invitational and in the 800 at the Marc Deneault Invitational.
• Outdoors, helped the 4x400 relay team to a win at the Cornell Outdoor Upstate Challenge.
As a Freshman (2014-15)
• Helped the 4x800 relay team to a second-place finish at Greg Page Relays before finishing second in the 800 outdoors at the Ithaca College Tuesday Meet.
Before Cornell
• Failor was an instrumental cog on the Cedar Falls relays teams, helping the team to a 3rd place finish at the Iowa Outdoor State Championships.
