Set a personal best in the 8k, running a 25:09.9-minute race at the Lehigh Paul Short Run (College) … put up a new personal best in the 6k at the Harry Lang Invitational, running it in 20:07.8 minutes … placed 12th in the 8k at the 2023 Yellowjacket XC Invitational (25:45.7) … ran the 8k at Lehigh Paul Short Run (College) in 25:31.3 minutes for 43rd place.
2022 I FRESHMAN SEASON
Placed 19th in the 6.4k with a 21:12.5 minute run at the Harry Lang Invitational… finished 15th in the 4.97M with a 27:22.6 minute run at the Fordham Fiasco… set a personal best in the 8k with a 73rd place 25:09.9 minute run at Lehigh Paul Short Run (College).
PRIOR TO CORNELL
Served as team Captain from 2018-2020, recognized as the League MVP in 2019, and team MVP from 2018-2020… earned All-League recognition from 2017-2020, All-Section (2017 and 2019), and All-State (2019)… recognized as Milesplit CA Freshman of the Year in 2017… track and field team Captain 2019-21… earned League 3200m Championship in 2019.

Kamran Alexander Murray is the son of Robin and Firouzeh Murray… has one brother… he is enrolled in the College of Arts and Sciences.
