2022-23 I JUNIOR SEASON
Placed 22nd in the 4.97M at the Fordham Fiasco, finishing in 27:50.50… finished 49th in the 8k with a 25:52.20 clock at the LHU XC Invitational/ Open… ranked 72nd in the 8k with a time of 25:09.40 at the Lehigh Paul Short Run (College)… stood 112th in the 8k at the IC4A/ECAC XC Championship, (26:06.90).

2021-22 I SOPHOMORE SEASON
Finished seventh overall with a time of 26:02.7 at the Yellowjacket Invitational to open the season… two weeks later at Paul Short, he cruised past his previous PR and ran a 24:36.9 for third in the men's collegiate open race… finished the season taking 49th at NCAA Northeast Regionals with a 10K clocking of 31:44.9
 
2020-21 I FRESHMAN SEASON
Season cancelled due to COVID-19.

PRIOR TO CORNELL
Guided Wyomissing’s 4x800-meter relay team to a 2019 PIAA Outdoor State Title… 2018 indoor state medalist as a member of Wyomissing’s distance medley relay team… 2019 individual PIAA State Cross Country medalist… helped Wyomissing’s cross country team to a PIAA State Championship in 2017… two-time captain of his cross country team (2018, 2019), also serving as captain of his indoor track and field team in 2020.

PERSONAL
Thomas Geoffrey Foster is the son of Scott and Kate Foster…  both of his parents are Cornell alumni, with his father graduating in 1989 and his mother in 1991… he is enrolled in the College of Arts and Sciences.
