As a Senior (2017-18)
• During track season, recorded five top-five finishes throughout the year including a runner-up performance in the 1500 at the Sam Howell Invitational (4:03.08).
• Earned two personal bests this year in the mile (4:17.58) at the Scarlet and White Invitational and the 1500 (4:00.78) at the Larry Ellis Invitational.
• Placed third in the indoor 800 at the Sunday Invitational in a season-best time (1:56.48).
• Saw action in four cross country meets this year, taking 29th in the quad meet with Columbia, Brown and NYU and 50th in the open race at the Paul Short Run.
• Concluded season by placing 72nd at the Penn State National Open and 73rd at the Ivy League Heptagonal Cross Country Championships.
As a Junior (2016-17)
• Ran in three cross country races as a junior, finishing 108th at the Spiked Shoe Invitational, 172nd at the Paul Short 8K Open Race, and 13th at the John Reif Memorial Run. Boston earned five top eight finishes during his junior track season.
• Indoors, was a member of the third place 4x800 relay team at the Greg Page Relays (8:01.47), the fifth place 4x400 team at the Southern Tier Collegiate Open (3:33.93), while also finishing third in the 800 at the STCO (1:57.84), and seventh in the 800 at the Robert J. Kane Invitational (1:58.33).
As a Sophomore (2015-16)
• Made collegiate cross country debut as a sophomore, running in four races for the Big Red, including an 18th-place finish at the John Reif Memorial in a personal-best 26:07.5.
• Posted a number of top-five finishes on the track, including helping the 4x800 relay team to a win at the Cornell Indoor Upstate Challenge.
• Also placed second in the 800 at the indoor Cornell Sunday Invitational.
• Qualified for indoor IC4A Championships in the 800.
• Ran in two meets outdoors.
As a Freshman (2014-15)
• Came out strong in his freshman season, running to victory in the 1000 in 2:32.54 at the Kane Invitational.
• Placed second in the 800 with a 1:56:55 finish at the Deneault Memorial and third in 1:56.07 at the Upstate Challenge.
• In the 1500, his time of 4:03.72 was good for third place at the outdoor Princeton Invitational.
Before Cornell
• Boston looks to bolster the Big Red's strong middle-distance group, after competing primarily in the 800, 1000, and 1500 in high school.
Personal
• His father, Oral Boston '91, competed in the middle distances on the Track & Field team at Cornell.
