Biography
At Cornell
Bosse remained a mainstay in the lineup in 2009-10, starting all seven tournaments and posting an average of 77.53 with 11 rounds in the 70s. He shot a season-low 73 in the second round at the Cornell Fall Invitational and placed 16th at Towson with a strong three-round score of 224 (74-76-74). Bosse played in the top lineup in all nine competitions in 2008-09, playing in 18 rounds with a season scoring average of 76.94. He finished tied for fourth at the season-opening Navy Invitational, shooting even-par 71's in each of the two rounds for a two-round 142. As a freshman, Bosse played in just one tournament, shooting a 229 for a 33rd-place finish at the Cornell Invitational. He averaged a 76.33 for the three rounds.
At Loudoun Valley HS
A three-time state qualifier at Loudoun Valley HS, Bosse was the 2006 district champion. A four-year letter winner who was elected team captain as a senior, he was named the 2006 All-Extra Team Player of the Year. Bosse finished in the top 12 of the MAPGA tournament qualifying.
Personal
Daniel Christian Bosse is the son of Marty and Gail Bosse and has an older and younger brother. He is enrolled in the College of Engineering.
