Senior Season — 2016-17
Wilkinson competed in three tournaments with a top individual finish of 57th at Colgate's Alex Lagowitz Memorial Invitational to open the season. He competed on the Big Red's 'B' team at the Cornell Invitational two weeks later and delivered a first-round 73 — tied for best among all Cornell entries and 10th overall. He also was an individual entry at the Princeton Invitational in the spring, where he finished strong with a 73 in the final round.

Junior Season — 2015-16
Wilkinson made one intercollegiate appearance as part of the 'B' team at the Cornell Invitational. His first-round 77 tied a career-best mark and he went on to finish tied for 62nd individually with a scoring average of 79.00 over three rounds.

Sophomore Season — 2014-15
Wilkinson competed on the Cornell 'B' Team at the Cornell Invitational, taking 65th place individually. His best round was a 77 on the first day, and he finished with an 81.00 scoring average.

Freshman Season — 2013-14
Wilkinson appeared in one stroke-play event for the Big Red, competing for the Cornell 'B' team at the season-opening Cornell Invitational. His best round was an 8-over 79 in the first round of the event. His 80.7 scoring average ranked sixth on the squad.

Prior to Cornell
Wilkinson competed for three seasons at Justin-Siena HS and was named the team's most valuable player as a senior, helping the squad win the Marin County Athletic League championship in 2013. Justin-Siena also placed second in the North Coast Section tournament in both 2012 and 2013. A member of the National Honor Society, Wilkinson also played basketball at Justin-Siena HS and played club lacrosse with the Napa Force.

Personal
Max Wilkinson is the son of John and Peggy Wilkinson, and he has two younger sisters. His father is a 1978 Cornell graduate. He is enrolled in the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences.
